Abandonment Title

This process will be handled through the court to guarantee your ownership.

This service includes the following:

• Set up the appointment with police department and meet the officer there to complete the nessasary forms
• Submit request for title search for owner of record
• Once ownership proof has been received, we will notify the owner via certified mail of intentions, balances etc
• After mandatory allotted time as expired, we will forwarded proof of notification to owner of record and the officer's report and file with the Magistrate Court to obtain an court order to proceed with public sale
• The proper article will be drafted and placed in the local newspaper
• Once all steps have been done according to law, we will then take all nessassary documents to the Department of Motor Vehiciles and obtain the abandonment title.
